At Fuji Kiko, we offer proposals for "hygiene management" using electrolyzed water. When bacteria are hidden within dirt, regular disinfectants cannot effectively eliminate them as they are shielded by the dirt. Therefore, we use electrolyzed water with both cleaning and disinfecting power. The alkaline electrolyzed water breaks down and cleans protein and grease stains, which are breeding grounds for bacteria and sources of odors.
